You can book your retreat before two months from the date of retreat. All the booking form field's are mandatory. After booking, You can login your account with E-mail id and mobile number. e-mail id is your username & mobile number is your password. The dates only list on registration form by the availability of seat.
You can check the availability of seat , login through Booking Status Link at the next day from the date of booking. In case if you change your retreat booking date, you can change here. so only change the date of retreat. Then the next day you can available your seat availability on booking status link. In case if you want to cancel your retreat booking, You can cancel here.
After the validation of your booking by the administrator, you can see the changes on booking status area. If you got seat for your retreat you can recive a confirmation message on your registred mobile number.
If you can't attend your confirmed retreat you should cancel your admission before one week from the date of retreat. Unless this seat will idle from this retreat.
